Returns & Shipping
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. Buyers recieve tracking info for their order. Order is delivered to the buyer within 10 business days of placing the order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship globally!
All international customers must pay duties and taxes for shipments.
Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, or if applicable, in the same condition it was received (damaged).
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. Follow the link provided below to print your return shipping label.
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we’ll be happy to exchange the item for a new one.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Follow the link to print your return shipping label. You will need your Order # and Zip Code. Please print and affix the return label to your package.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, send us an email at trinbagopeppersauce@gmail.com and send your item to:

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Insurance
If you’re shipping an item over $50, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
